Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We are working on expanding our shipping options, so please check back regularly for updates on international shipping availability.

Delivery Timeline

We aim to process and ship all confirmed orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery (UAE): 1 – 3 business days

  • Note: During promotional periods, public holidays, or sale events, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Delivery Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Not Accepted

  • Card Payments (Prepaid): Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We reserve the right to charge an additional re-delivery fee if an order is not accepted at the provided address.

Order Processing

Orders are only processed upon successful payment authorization. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, you will be contacted via email and the item will be removed or substituted if agreed.

Please ensure all delivery information provided is complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or failed delivery.

Undeliverable Orders

If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address information, inability to contact you, or repeated failed delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us. A re-delivery can be arranged at an additional cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at 📧 salah@code8dubai.com. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging for inspection and resolution.
