1. Orders
Item missing, incorrect, or damaged?
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us via WhatsApp or email us at salah@code8dubai.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
How can I find a specific item?
The search bar, located at the top-right corner of the website, allows you to search by keywords or product description.
How can I modify the items in my order after placing it?
Currently, modifying or adding items to an order is not available. To make changes, you’ll need to cancel the existing order or place a new one.
I placed an order and the amount was deducted, but I haven’t received an order confirmation. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please allow up to 10 minutes, as there may be a delay in our system. If you still haven't received your confirmation and invoice after this time, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or email us at salah@code8dubai.com explaining your concern.
Why isn’t my promo code working?
Promo codes may not work for several reasons: they might be expired, not applicable to the items in your cart, or entered incorrectly. Please double-check the code and terms and conditions . If the issue persists, contact us via WhatsApp or email us at salah@code8dubai.com

I missed the delivery, how do I get the order reshipped?

Where does Code8Dubai ship to?
Code8Dubai offers worldwide shipping except for the following 3 locations:
a) Lebanon
b) Palestine
c) Iraq
How can I change my delivery address?
To change your address, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email us at salah@code8dubai.com .
Please note: Address changes can only be made before your order has been shipped, and any changes must be within the original country of delivery.
Can I get one order shipped to multiple addresses?
Currently, we can only ship to one address per order.
3. Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do provide exchanges for eligible items. Please refer to our exchange policy under our Terms & Conditions for full details. You can also reach out to our team anytime on WhatsApp or send us an email at salah@code8dubai.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
How can I exchange an item?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within seven (7) days from the date of collection or home delivery.
Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The product(s) must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging and materials intact.
- The original sales invoice must be presented at the time of return or exchange.
- To process a return or exchange, you may either visit any Code8 Dubai store in the UAE, reach out to us via WhatsApp or send us an email at salah@code8dubai.com for assistance.
